Only out for the money I have a late model Volvo which I took in for repair. The estimated cost of repair exceeded the value of the car. When I called back the service department they took an attitude with me, told me it would take 2-3 business days to order the parts and I needed to return the loaner today and make another appointment. The service staff have also been incredible. They offer appointments promptly, diagnose accurately and best of all fix any problem or complete service to pre-empt difficulties at five star level. NO PRESSURE ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE! I can't say enough good things about my sales consultant Bob Simons. He let me take a test drive on a new Volvo S60 without him even coming along whic I can't say enough good things about my sales consultant Bob Simons. He let me take a test drive on a new Volvo S60 without him even coming along which was much appreciated as I didn't want to feel pressured into getting it on the spot as I was still comparing other vehicles and lease prices. This was in February and Bob was honest enough to tell me that there were no lease incentives on the S60 at the time and if I could wait for March he could do much better. Turned out that Bob was correct and I saved a lot of money on the lease by waiting. This was in the first week of March and since my lease on my BMW wasn't expiring till April he let me wait till today to sign the papers and pick up the exact car I wanted in stock for a small refundable credit card deposit. The car was ready today as promised and Bob went over the paper work with me and all the features on my new S60 before heading home. I also like the fact that the new plates will be mailed to my home within a week instead of making another trip to the dealership unless I wanted them to install it. This was one of the best experiences I ever had in either buying or leasing a car! Kudos to Red Bank Volvo and their sales consultant Bob Simons who I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used Volvo. More
