I started my search for a new car with some apprehension.... however after walking the lot with Mike Wilson I felt much more relaxed. This was my first new car and is really a great car! I WENT IN TO BUY MY FIRST NEW CAR BY MYSELF. I WAS A LITTLE INTIMIDATED TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN AND I WAS AFRAID THAT THE SALESMAN WOULD TAKE ME TO THE CLEANERS WHEN THEY SAW ME COMING. FORT LITTLE INTIMIDATED TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN AND I WAS AFRAID THAT THE SALESMAN WOULD TAKE ME TO THE CLEANERS WHEN THEY SAW ME COMING. FORTUNATELY, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH PAUL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE VEHICLES I WAS INTERESTED IN AND VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT I COULD AND COULD NOT AFFORD. I FELT LIKE I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND NOT A SALESMAN. HE NEVER PRESSURED OR RUSHED ME TO MAKE A DECISION. I TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO DECIDE WHAT I WHAT I WANTED (ALMOST TWO HOURS MY FIRST VISIT AND 1 HOUR MY SECOND VISIT), BUT PAUL NEVER SEEMED TO BE FRUSTRATED WITH ME. I GOT THE CAR THAT I WANTED AND FELT GOOD ABOUT MY DECISION. I HAD NO BUYERS REMORSE. WHAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME WAS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE, PAUL CALLED ME AT HOME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY CAR AND IF I NEED ANYTHING ELSE. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE WITH RAZZARI, BUT I APPRECIATED THAT HE CARED ENOUGH TO CALL AND ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. I FELT THAT I WASN'T JUST ANOTHER SALE TO HIM. I JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT WANTED TO PURCHASE A NEW NISSAN TO VISIT RAZZARI AND ASK FOR PAUL. More
