I WENT IN TO BUY MY FIRST NEW CAR BY MYSELF. I WAS A LITTLE INTIMIDATED TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN AND I WAS AFRAID THAT THE SALESMAN WOULD TAKE ME TO THE CLEANERS WHEN THEY SAW ME COMING. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE VEHICLES I WAS INTERESTED IN AND VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT I COULD AND COULD NOT AFFORD. I FELT LIKE I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND NOT A SALESMAN. HE NEVER PRESSURED OR RUSHED ME TO MAKE A DECISION. I TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO DECIDE WHAT I WHAT I WANTED (ALMOST TWO HOURS MY FIRST VISIT AND 1 HOUR MY SECOND VISIT), BUT PAUL NEVER SEEMED TO BE FRUSTRATED WITH ME. I GOT THE CAR THAT I WANTED AND FELT GOOD ABOUT MY DECISION. I HAD NO BUYERS REMORSE. WHAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME WAS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE, PAUL CALLED ME AT HOME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY CAR AND IF I NEED ANYTHING ELSE. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE WITH RAZZARI, BUT I APPRECIATED THAT HE CARED ENOUGH TO CALL AND ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. I FELT THAT I WASN'T JUST ANOTHER SALE TO HIM.
