Next day all the prices on their website were also changed. I asked about it and manager said they corrected a mistake on the prices. He said their prices can change daily. So don't pay attention to any advertised specials. More

Not only did he help me find a car that met my needs and wants but also one that fit my budget. He was both very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. It was a plus that he spoke Spanish because he was able to communicate and explain everything to my parents which were a big part of the decision making. He also topped it off by including a bow, making all this very memorable! Moreover, Chris, the manager, was also very kind and helpful working really hard to get me the best financing. From beginning to end Razzari Nissan Exceeded my expectations! I recommend buying a car from here to all my fiends, family, and anyone reading this review! More

I purchased a car from them in 2013 and they promised to have a free rental car ready for my 6 month pregnant wife when she came in on Monday to get the new car's windows tinted. Upon arriving there was no car ready and they tried to charge us for rental car. My wife is a primary care provider and was late to work. I had to leave work and take my wife to work because of this. We purchased an extended warranty and I had dropped off my car to be serviced. I came at lunch to pick up the car and there was only one attendant who was busy. I saw the attendant that I had dropped the car off as he was coming back into the office. I informed him that I was called and my car was ready and I just needed my keys. He look at me and said "Can't you see I'm on my lunch break, and that he'd get help for me after he finished his lunch, he then laughed and opened the door to maintenance." Informed him that he was being rude and he didn't need to be. I also let him know that i didn't know he was on his lunch break. I lodged a complaint with his superior who said sorry but also informed me that "This was his best worker!" That made zero sense. When I questioned the busy attendant he mentioned that specific attendant was difficult to work with. I recently had a rodent problem in my car that they said was not covered and they would have to charge me hourly to figure out. They said they would need the car for several hours / days. I called Selma Nissan (who I do recommend to everyone in Merced) and they charged me a flat rate of 150 to get rid of all the rodent issues. Another problem I've had is that Razzari keeps sending me junk mail about trading in cars I take for maintenance. I've asked service to stop the mailings and the Razzari group multiple times over the past 2 years to no avail. Do not buy from or do any business with this dealership. More
