Having gone thru a bankruptcy, we were having a hard time finding someone who would work with us on getting a vehicle with a loan. Our source of income has increased greatly but do to the bk, two other deale finding someone who would work with us on getting a vehicle with a loan. Razzari Ford employees, Chad, Gus, and Carlos treated us with the utmost respect,concern about the quality of the vehicle we were looking at, asking if we wanted refreshments, was there anything else they could do for us. ALL the employees were very nice, and greeted us warmly. We would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially family and friends.Our experience was the best one we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We feel that the employees bent over backwards to make sure we achieved our goals, which was getting a vehicle at the terms we could afford. More
I was helped by Manny the "manager" who was very rude. He made several rude remarks to me and made me feel so uncomfortable as a customer. I was very offended. My question would be: Hey if I felt offended and so uncomfortable with the manager what makes you think I will buy ANYTHING from this dealership? This manager obviously lacked basic customer service skills as well as manners. He not only made rude remarks back to me when I said something about the price of a vehicle, he also rubbed in my face how he supposedly stopped his precious lunch to help us "look" for a car because we are so important (his voice was extremely unenthusiastic). I just wanted to say I really don't care what he was doing. I expect you as a manager to drop everything and come help me regardless. He pretty much did a horrible job, in the matter of fact it was a half *** job. I didnt even care too much at the fact that he wasn't very knowledgeable on the dealership's inventory and prices. He was just flat out rude. This manager needs to realize that its the customers that give you guys business. You need to watch what comes out of your mouth regardless because I am the customer. People like me (customers) give you jobs and its people like you who make dealerships LOSE BUSINESS. Also, btw I just purchased a preowned vehicle from Hyundai. I dont mind going across the street and paying the extra money to another dealership because they treated me much respect and accommodated my needs. I am a customer, treat me with respect. You are not the only dealership in town and I will gladly drive several hundred miles to another dealership so I can avoid giving you any business. All I want to say is that I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANY FAMILY, FRIENDS, ACQUAINTANCES, OR EVEN ANY STRANGERS TO STEP FOOT ON THIS POORLY RAN DEALERSHIP. We bought a car from them so that we could tow our boat to the lake. Brought the car back a few days later to get the trailer hitch AND electrical hook up for brake lights and signals installed. We asked them specifically to install both items. Picked the car up two weeks ago and the electrical hookup had not been. They've told us for the last two weeks that they're waiting for a part which will be delivered "by the end of the week". Spoke to someone today (after calling three times and being promised a call back after lunch which I didn't receive) asking about the same part and received the same response. The clerk was unable to give me the specific day the part was ordered. Avoid using this dealership at all cost! More
Krysta Lockard was outstanding she went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted at first then with Krysta's knowledge of make sure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied. Had a 7:30 serivce today. Arrivid at 7:15 to find the drive blocked by a vehicle. Drove to second drive and went around building to park at service check in. No more had parked and was approached by Mr. Ortiz. Rather then "good morning" it was "how did you get to this point, we don't open until 7:30". Seems if you take a 7:30 appointment your driveway would be cleared at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. After all the street is posted no parking at any time. It would be very easy to relocate your driveway "blocking" to permit at least one or two vehicles the ability to get off the road. He went on to counsil me on the fact your other drive is for employees only. Might wish to put a sign indicating this. I currently service my Dodge Ram pickup and my Jeep through your service department. In this day of finacally depressed economy I would think you would not wish to give any customer a negative experiance. Will have to consider if your company will continue to get my service in the future. As far as the remainder of the service, all was fine. It's a shame how soemthing as simple as a kind approach can make the decision on future dollars to be spent. More
I drive a 2004 F150 pick-up. While driving through Merced, the voltage regulator went out at 10pm on Hwy 99. I took a chance and contacted the dealer the next morning. Thanks to Ryan Melgosa's effort and kindness, a bad situation was turned into a pleasant experience! To start with, he sent the shuttle to where I was working and brought the truck to the dealership for me. When the wrong alternator was delivered to the shop and the work could not be completed as promised, he provided me with a rental car free of charge. Being from out of town and "stranded" I can't express what a relief that was. He also provided shuttle service to the rental office and back to the dealership when the work was completed. I am sure that Ryan, the shuttle driver, and the cashier represent the overall quality of all the employees at Razzari Auto Center. I live in Hanford, Ca. which is a 90 minute drive from Merced, Ca. Because of their efforts, I will be returning to Razzari Ford when it is time for my next new car/truck purchase! A 90 Minute drive is well worth the effort to deal with people of this quality. I bought my car from Razzari in 2006, Mazda 3, Manuel mello helped me with the purchase and he was such a great guy to be buying my first new car from! Very low key and no pressure from him! Ever since then I've been bringing back my car for every service, Ryan Melgosa has been my primary service advisor and he's been nothing but the best help! The oil change price (18.88) cannot be beat anywhere in town or around our town. Every little concern I had Ryan made sure was checked out, wheny car was almost out of warranty my trunk lid was stuck and my airbag light kept coming on and I took my car in and they fixed the trunk but could not figure out my airbag light because it was no longer on when they checked it! So a coupledays later it comes back on and I called the dealership right away and Ryan told me to bring it in asap while it's still on, as soon as I pulled up he grabbed the Mazda technician and made him look at it so he himself could see the light! They took it straight back and figured out what was causing the sensor to keep going off! I was so pleased at how they treated me even though the first time the light was not on! I gave them a 5 because they always are so courteous and always get my car done in such a timely manner, and getting a free wash with every service is a BIG plus in my book! Thanks Razzari! More
I traveled throughout California looking for a Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT with options. I did not see what I was wanting. I visited Razzari and was met by Melton. I explained exactly what I was looking for. Melton informed me they did not have the model with the options I wanted. But would have to place it on order as there were none in the area. Melton was very courteous, I was not pressured into accepting anything less than the vehicle I wanted. I had to wait several days for my Ranger to arrive. During this period Melton kept me informed on the statis and was very apologetic for having to wait. Razzari's price was lower than any I had been quoted on line. I was pleased with the finance department, they worked out a lower finance charge than I expected. Melton introduced me to the service manager, who was friendily and informative of the service department. I found everyone at Razzari to be quite professional. I am happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Razzari. More
I walked in realy thinking I was not gonna walk out with a brand new car considering how upside down I was on my current vehicle. I was treated with up most respect and well taken care of. I fell inlove with my fusion and Razarri made it possible to purchase my brand new car. Milton who is the best sales person Ive ever worked with, had alot of patients considering I came in with 2 busy busy little girls. He seen how stressed i was and helped me enetertain the girls with balloons and coloring. Im also one that cant ever make up my mind, between color of the car and you name it. But he politaly waited a long time till I finaly decided what I was going to do. Everyone at Razzari were friendly and motivated. More
