There was no pressure at all from Zach Frietas. We looked on a Wednesday and came back on the following Saturday. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure that we got what we wanted. In December 2013 I purchased a new Ford and the Extended Service Plan. I paid cash for both. On November 23, 2014 (Saturday), I traded the vehicle in at another dealership. I was told I had to contact Ra Service Plan. I paid cash for both. On November 23, 2014 (Saturday), I traded the vehicle in at another dealership. I was told I had to contact Razzari to cancel the service plan. On Monday I called the Razzari business office and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive my refund. They faxed a form for my signature. I returned the form the same day. On December 12, 2013, I received a telephone call advising me I had to send them a copyof the Release of Liability form. I faxed the form the same day. I received the refund in less than two weeks. However, there was no explanation of the refund calcluation included. I calculated the refund and the numbers did not match. On Dec. 23, 2013 I faxed a letter to the General Manager requesting an explaination. I included my calculations. As of today February 10, 2014 I have not received a reply. I live over an hour away from the dealership so going into the office in person is not an option. The buying experience I had with this dealership was excellent. I rated the salesperson 5 stars. Their business office I now rate .5 stars. More
I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Debra Smee at Razzari Ford Mazda. I was quite reluctant to purchase another vehicle, not because I wasn't ready to trade in my Jeep but because I was dreading having to co Ford Mazda. I was quite reluctant to purchase another vehicle, not because I wasn't ready to trade in my Jeep but because I was dreading having to contend with the pressure of a dealership and it's sales and management staff. But my buying experience with Debra was seamless! I never felt an ounce of pressure from her. She knew when to give me the space I needed on the lot yet was available to answer my questions. I took a few days to decide on the Mazda and Debra promptly answered my phone calls when I called with questions about the car. When I decided to buy there was a challenge finding the color I wanted. Debra worked tirelessly to find the color and when she finally found it in the Bay Area she drove there on a Saturday to pick it up. She arrived back at Razzari quite late Saturday night and took the time to text me a photo of my car, writing: "Isn't it beautiful?" You don't get much better than that, in my opinion. I have worked in a service industry for many years. I am VERY sensitive to the quality of customer service that I get and Debra is top-notch! Please ask for her! More

I give this dealership perfect scores because although I couldn't buy a car here for x reasons. Gus never gave up on me. A week ago I was shopping for a new/used Ford Explorer. I went to two other dealerships before I found one on the Razzari Ford (Merced, CA) website. This is where my great car buying experience began. Mike was immediately responsive and an hour later I was test driving what is now my new, slightly used, Ford Explorer. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but have never had the awesome experience I had at Razzari Ford. Mike McKay made the difference for me; I felt immediately comfortable with him, he was very professional and sincere, and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. He understood my needs and worked with me on my terms - the entire experience was refreshing and quite different than car purchases in the past. I think we are all programmed to be defensive when dealing with a car sales person. Mike McKay from Razzari Ford is proof that car buying can actually be fun and exciting. I am so happy with my car and I feel fortunate to have been treated so well by Mike and the entire Razzari Ford staff. Thank you all for your great service. More
Had issues with my old car, so my wife and I went in to see if we could get something with better gas mileage and more reliable. Met with Zachary Freitas. He went above and beyond my expectations. Was considerate and attentive during the entire process, which took about three hours. At the end, we ended up buying this 2014 Ford Escape and left the parking lot very happy and satisfied with Zach and the rest of the staff. This is our second time buying from these guys... Will there be a third? Most definitively yes! Thank you guys for everything. More
The service has always been great. I was bummed out at my last visit, but it wasn't because of the service. It appeared that I had nails in 3 tires, which meant there was a possibility that I would need my last visit, but it wasn't because of the service. It appeared that I had nails in 3 tires, which meant there was a possibility that I would need to buy 1 or 2 new tires. However, as it turned out, the nails were very small and of little consequence. Consequently, I didn't need to buy new tires. Needless to say, I was greatly relieved. The service man convinced me that I needed to leave our car overnight for safety reasons, because he didn't want me driving on defective tires, and I appreciate that. We recently bought a CR-9 Mazda from Razzari Ford Mazda in Merced and I can honestly say it was the best car shopping experience of my life! I had visited browsed cars earlier. I wanted to know what was out there that had 3 rows and didn't feel like a monster truck or cost like one either. I was clear I was just browsing and that when the time came I would bring my husband back but I wanted to know what I liked first. He was more than friendly and knowledgeable, but what was nice I didn't leave feeling pressured. I didn't get 50 million emails about cars I didn't want to buy. Several months later I returned with my husband having narrowed it down and thankfully not in a big hurry. Gus was helping another customer so he introduced us to Chad who was equally helpful and polite. We test drove a couple and left with no car but a clear description of what they could sell it to us for, again no pressure. I went home and researched the internet and got back to Chad with my findings. He and Gus both conducted a search of their own and wider that reassured me I was getting a GREAT deal. It was hard not to be excited at that point because the car was more than I had ever hoped for, my dream car really. Had all the things I knew I wanted and I laughed later and told Gus it has things I didn't know I wanted! My husband took a little more convincing since our current car wasn't quite dead. We went back a few days later. Both Chad and Gus worked with us again and followed us home with our new car! I've never been happier with a car or the people that helped us get it. I would highly recommend Razzari Ford to anyone in the market for a car. More
