I was looking to purchase a new 2008 Bullitt and Razarri Ford had two remaining. I sent an email and Lamont Floyd responded with a phone call and email. I gave him a call to let him know and we rescheduled for Monday, 24 May. He explained that if I decided to come up on Sunday instead that he would not be in, but to connect with Mr. James Hudson. Ultimately, we drove the 1.5 hours on Sunday and met James. He was very helpful, answered any questions we had, let us take a great test drive. In the process of buying the car he let us know of one issue that had occured with the car on a previous test drive. It was not significant, but his honesty was outstanding! While we waited to meet with the finance manager, James helped detail the car, cleaned all the windows, installed the floormats and even went out and filled the tank! These guys really provide top-notch service! We did a final walk through on the car with James and drove home our never-been-sold 2008 black Mustang Bullit with only 213 miles on it! By the way, this is the first new car I've purchased since 1986. The overall experience was outstanding and I really have no negative comments except that Joe (the finance guy) is a Raider fan. :) That said, I would recommend that if you are in the market for a car, new or used, Razarri Ford is definitely worth the drive. Lamont, James, and Joe are all true professionals. I would definitely by another product from them. Thanks guys! Go Niners!! More
