Robert has a charming personality that makes you want to do business with him. He follows through and you know he is getting you the best deal possible. He earned our respect and trust and made our experience enjoyuable. We extremely enjoyed Robert's sense of humor and willingness to help us obtain a great deal. The Manager, Roger, and Robert work extremely well together. They are a great team to have in a dealership. Robert and Roger made us feel like family, and we have trust in both of them. We purchased our Dodge Ram in March of 2009. The buying experience with Razarri was great. We worked with Robert, who was not only helpful, but extremely friendly as well. Robert worked very hard to ensure that we would get the best deal possible, and we ended up getting a great price. As part of our deal we would be getting a tunno cover put on our truck. We were told that it would take about 2 weeks. However it is now 3 months later and we are still without our cover. I have made several phone calls, most of which do not get returned. I finally found out that they forgot to order our cover. I was then told that the cover had been ordered, however later found out that it was not. As of now our cover has been ordered, but of course...it is back-ordered. We will not be getting it for at least another month. So 4 months after purchase we are still without our cover, which was one of the main reasons we were persuaded into getting the truck in the first place. I would recommend Robert, he was a great sales person, however I dont think I will be recommending Razarri anytime soon. I think that they are very unorganized and customer satisfaction doesnt seem to be very important to them. More

This guy that was helping us said he was new selling vehicles but he did an excellent job trying to sell me a vehicle. The only reason I didn't buy was because I have the chance to buy a car from the A vehicles but he did an excellent job trying to sell me a vehicle. But overall I like the attention and maybe in the future I consider buying from Razzari. More

Mr. silveira was a very helpful person and answered all my questions. The thing that was nice about Mr. Silveira was that When I came in to buy a car he made me feel like I was one of his friend.
