Our search for a car began six months ago, first looking for a reliable used car, then dead end after dead end we started looking at new cars. We found the car we wanted at the price we wanted on the Internet. We started by contacting Raymond Kia via email and then had a few phone conversations before we went to the dealership to meet with Erica Foster. I was skeptical because the price on the Internet seemed too good too be true. You know the old saying if it is too good too true, it probably is. Not the case here. I figured once we would get to the dealer they wouldn't have the advertised car or try to sell us something else. Not the case, the advertised car was available, and the price matched the price on the Internet. Erica our sales rep is a special lady. The moment we met with her, we felt very comfortable, she is not like other sales reps. Not only did she sell me a car, she made me her friend. I give Raymond Kia and Erica Foster my highest recommendation. I use the following words to describe Raymond Kia: Honest, Fair, Family. We got an un heard of deal and great customer service it was like we were just talking to a friend about buying a car instead of being sold to. We also got the pleasure to meet Don Uldukis the sales manager and Kimberly Neiss the customer relations manager and they were just as awesome as Bob! Don and Bob worked with is on our budget and go us into the best and most affordable option, somehow they made a brand new car happen for us! Kimberly was so friendly and down to earth.
