We have been customers for the past 31yrs. My wife has known the Scannell family for over 50yrs. We have purchased many vehicles from Richmond Chevy. Saw a car on Autotrader and called the dealership. Was not given to a salesperson, was told I would be called back. After being put off for a couple days, I demanded to be allowed to talk to a sales Was not given to a salesperson, was told I would be called back. After being put off for a couple days, I demanded to be allowed to talk to a salesperson. They put me in touch with Jack. Jack was great and turned what was a very bad experience with this dealership into a good one. He was super helpful, polite and overall, just a joy to work with. Jack was great. The dealership needs to review how folks are treated and understand that people that call in are prepared to give them a LOT of money for a car and need to be treated better. I don't expect red carpet, just a call back and a helpful staffer to get and communicate information and the answers to questions. More
