I’m always apprehensive when going to a car dealership because of past experiences of long wait times, the constant haggling back-and-forth over vehicle price and pushy sales people. This is my first time because of past experiences of long wait times, the constant haggling back-and-forth over vehicle price and pushy sales people. This is my first time going to Raymond Chevrolet and I guarantee it will not be the last. I walked a lot without being bothered and narrow down a certain couple of vehicles, and when I was walking towards the building, that is when Dominic (salesman) asked me if I had any questions or if he could help me with anything. Dominic asked me which vehicles I was looking for and if there’s anything in particular I was looking for in the vehicle. When I have him my wish list he clearly knew his inventory because he went inside grabbed keys to multiple vehicles and off we went. After I decided on “THE” one we went in d I start the buying process. This is typically the part of the process that keeps me from wanting to go to dealerships, but Dominic and the rest of Raymond Chevrolet’s staff up to finance manager were amazing, I have never experienced transparency like that when negotiating a vehicle before in my experiences. Full experience from me, stepping on the lot to driving away with my vehicle was about three hours, including the test drives. I will definitely be back and refer Dominic to anybody in the market for a vehicle, he created very pleasurable car buying experience. More
