Angelo was very respectful, patient and listened to my needs. He was professional & extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and purchasing process, which included a trade-in. Any specific questions I had that he wasn’t 100% positive about, he told me as much and didn’t malarkey his way through an answer. He got back to me with the correct answer, which I found refreshing & really appreciated not being taken for a spin. I’d rather get the correct answer I might not want to hear, than to find out after purchasing, that the answer I was given was inaccurate and was a factor in my decision to purchase. Most importantly, he never tried to force a sale. It was Angelo’s no pressure style, that made this car buying experience a super easy decision and an enjoyable one at that! I love the vehicle I purchased and I appreciate all that Angelo did to make it happen. He also is extraordinarily nice & personable but most salespersons anxious for a sale are, so I place a higher value on his other attributes I mentioned above. 10 stars would recommend Angelo Mostaccio!
