My son was looking for a new used car and found one on line. We reached out to Raymond and set up an appointment. We met with Mark, who could not have been more helpful. Even though my son was the one looking for the car, Mark spoke to both of us. He was pleasant and professional. He answered all our questions and did his best to meet our financial restrictions, which was accomplished. We met with Bob and reviewed the financial and the additional warranty end of the contract. Bob was able to lower the interest rate which allowed my son to get some additional coverage on the car. Never did we feel pressured. Overall great experience and Mark and Bob went above and beyond to make sure we left with the car my son wanted at a price he could afford. We will definitely be going back and will recommend Raymond to friends and family. More

Very different than the German car dealer I'm used to, which is quite sedate and I don't think they care very much about selling you the car you actually want to buy.
