Jimmy Rusch was easy to deal with and was good at his job. The other parts of Raymond as in the after market parts sales and scheduling are not very good. They sent a text so that I would call and setup job. The other parts of Raymond as in the after market parts sales and scheduling are not very good. They sent a text so that I would call and setup an appointment to get items installed on my new truck. Had to call several people who never answered there phones and when they called me back all it was were excuses on why they could not do their job as they promise when you buy a vehicle from them. The finance guy is a pushy person. He runs you through all of these programs and he wont take no for a answer until he senses he ha s started making you mad. I dont think this is a very professional type of atmosphere. I dealt with them because they had the truck i wanted and a choice of trucks some places do not. More

Our salesperson, Darek was extremely helpful and very professional. The dealship has always been great considering we have been doing business with Raymond since 1967, the name at that time was a little professional.
