Jimmy Rusch was easy to deal with and was good at his job. The other parts of Raymond as in the after market parts sales and scheduling are not very good. Had to call several people who never answered there phones and when they called me back all it was were excuses on why they could not do their job as they promise when you buy a vehicle from them. The finance guy is a pushy person. He runs you through all of these programs and he wont take no for a answer until he senses he ha s started making you mad. I dont think this is a very professional type of atmosphere. I dealt with them because they had the truck i wanted and a choice of trucks some places do not. More
