I had the best experience at Ray's Chevrolet. I worked with Marques Pinkston and he was absolutely fantastic! He worked with me on selling my car and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly! What a nightmare. Ron Derosa is just about as bad as it gets when it comes to used car dealers. Everyone is looking for something different when they go car shopping. If you do not care what you end up with, but are just looking to purchase that day, Ron is your guy; otherwise, I would recommend staying as far away from Ron and his dealership as possible. After being called three times (and receiving 3 voicemails), I finally picked up on the fourth and set a meeting with Rubin...who was busy in a meeting at our specified time. I had the unfortunate luck to run into Ron. He made me wait 20 minutes while he looked for the keys to the car, and then another 20 while he filled it up with one gallon of gas. Throughout the test drive I got to know Ron, and how he knew nothing about the car. Ron was less interested in informing me about the vehicle and his dealership, and more interested in selling me whatever he had in stock. These quotes are not verbatim, but he told me that normally people come there and test drive 2 or 3 cars and then purchase the one they like the best. Without knowing anything about the car? I'll pass on the $15,000 impulse purchase. He began to get pushy and was asking when I was going to finally "pull the trigger" and purchase a car. According to him, "someone" was going to buy this car and every other car soon, so I better hurry up. What am I waiting for? What's the difference between this car and other cars just like it? I'll tell you Ron, it's a dealer I can trust, and that is certainly not you. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RON DEROSA. There are plenty of other dealers out there with friendlier and more trustworthy staff, and better quality and priced cars as well. More
Terrible experience. Trying to buy a car via the internet dept. Can't get the technology to work, won't return phone calls, no follow, and then the night before I am supposed to pickup the car, I finally get dept. Myself and my wife have just purchased our third Chevrolet vehicle from Raymond Chevrolet. We have worked with Marcus Andrews each time and the thing we like the most is that he listened to us and Chevrolet vehicle from Raymond Chevrolet. We have worked with Marcus Andrews each time and the thing we like the most is that he listened to us and did everything we asked. He spent the time explaining things so that we had a clear understanding of the options open to us in purchasing these vehicles. For the newest purchase, we arrived on a snowy day and the car we would be trading in was dirty from the roads. I asked Marcus to run it through the car wash before they looked at it to give us the trade in value and he had it run through and brought back up front for the evaluation. The trade in was a gem, and I wanted them to evaluate it in a clean state. The entire Raymond organization did all that we could have asked. Oh! There were a couple of follow up items, and they were addressed immediately. Great Dealership! More

To me Raymond Chevrolet was more concerned about my happiness rather than just making the sale. I was not pressured or pushed on anything!! I was simply asked if it was something I wanted and if not they moved on. From Mike my sales rep to Norm, our delivery specialist, to Jose our finance manger I was 100% satisfied and felt like a part of the Raymond family and not just a customer. I would highly recommend Mike or anyone in the Raymond family to try and help you! Thank you for making me extremely happy! More

Went on the 1st of October to buy a used car - needed to replace my 1995 car. I was greeted by John Collias who showed around the dealership, then sat with me to assess what I needed. He talked me into buying a 2014 Spark and I love this car. John was personable and easy to talk to and very willing to answer any questions I had about the car. I went back a few more times with questions and he was more than happy to assist me. He worked with me on my down payment so it was acceptable. The car was a bit more than I had initially wanted but am so glad to have dealt with him and the whole Raymond experience in general. Would I recommend buying a car from Raymond? You betcha!! More
