lied too My friend recently purchased a used truck from you. I was there and kept questioning why a/c wasn't working. The salesman said it was low on Freon ,b My friend recently purchased a used truck from you. I was there and kept questioning why a/c wasn't working. The salesman said it was low on Freon ,but I didn't hear compressor go on. I questioned him again and he and someone looked at compressor. I was assured the compressor was working. The compressor was seized and did not work. I have never had a large dealer ship like this lie to me before. I'm appalled that a large deal ship would do this.. More

I would just like to note I was not actively looking for a new car. It kind of just happened I was referred by a friend to see Scott Yassinger With all the craziness going on I truly appreciate how much Sco a new car. Not to mention the rest of the crew @ Raymond Chevrolet that assisted today with all the paperwork and hassle of purchasing a new vehicle. They took their time going in depth about everything. The whole day was transparent and they didnt try to hide anything from me. Unlike the last car dealership I purchased from. I was under the impression that salesmen only lookout for themselves. Yet, that's not the case here, They look out for their customers, I even got a phone call after I got home to make sure I enjoyed the ride home in my new truck.Words can't describe how much I appreciate everything and the time you took to take care of me. I'd reccomend Raymond Chevy to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Anyways they take care of you there. Trust me. More
