This was a HORRIBLE experience. After buying multiple vehicles there for my family over ten years, I will not go back. Either stay on the Kia side, or avoid them all together. For what it's worth, I've had a few Kias, and never had issues with them or the Kia sales or service. More

Since I wasn't able to travel to Illinois, I called the dealership to inquire about the condition of a vehicle that I was interested in and was connected to Van Neff. He spent much time describing the condition in detail of all aspects of this vehicle inside and out to insure that I was 100% satisfied. In my view, Van gives 110% and is a stellar asset to Raymond Chevrolet. That being said, I would definitely work with him in the future when searching for a vehicle. More
