Very miss leading on trade in. After a CARMAX offer we wasted 3 hours on the misbelief that they would beat it. Only there to sell cars Back in 2016, I bought a Brand new 2016 Silverado from Raymond Chevrolet and had a great salesman. However, their service and service manager were Back in 2016, I bought a Brand new 2016 Silverado from Raymond Chevrolet and had a great salesman. However, their service and service manager were the worst when it come time to do work on my truck. They gave me a hard time about getting a loaner and basically told me to get lost, and that they didn't want my business. I wrote the General Manager an email about my experience and he never contacted me nor did he try to win my business back. They don't seem to care about the customer, only about selling cars. Martin Chevrolet in Crystal Lake now has my business. More
