I would just like to note I was not actively looking for a new car. It kind of just happened I was referred by a friend to see Scott Yassinger With all the craziness going on I truly appreciate how much Sco a new car. Not to mention the rest of the crew @ Raymond Chevrolet that assisted today with all the paperwork and hassle of purchasing a new vehicle. They took their time going in depth about everything. The whole day was transparent and they didnt try to hide anything from me. Unlike the last car dealership I purchased from. I was under the impression that salesmen only lookout for themselves. Yet, that's not the case here, They look out for their customers, I even got a phone call after I got home to make sure I enjoyed the ride home in my new truck.Words can't describe how much I appreciate everything and the time you took to take care of me. I'd reccomend Raymond Chevy to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Anyways they take care of you there. Trust me. More

First the vehicle wasnt even presented to me as it was shown on the internet website. It was pulled in front of the dealership to me dirty like it been sitting in storage the pictures been taken. I tried to look past that first of all. Then I notice all the scratches to the exterior body from the top of the hood to the door panel(Really Bad Scratches). I'm guessing this why it was shown to me dirty on the outside to hide the scratches and the cracked passenger side tail light that was out. I preferred the original center caps for the factory rims instead of the cheap hubcap that was installed on the vehicle when I bought it, but I felt I was being ignore when ask about them. I also didnt get a real feel during the test drive either being that it was only driven in the neighborhood area at less then 30mph. So when driving the vehicle home(Merrillville,IN)from the dealership I had to pull the truck over on the side the expressway due to a low oil pressure light and display reading stop the engine. So I had the truck towed to the nearset shop for repair before even getting it to my home. Being a the dealership all day you would think the vehicle I just purchase would at least get me home because should be dependable. And last they forgot to even take the first part of my deposit on vehicle before leaving the dealership, I was there all day saturday. They just called me on tues checking to see did i keep a receipt. It was placed on the vehicle maintenance when breaking down on me I explained to them. I had to pay out of pocket because the warranty paperwork wasnt process on monday when I call it in. This is all my experience for the vehicle I purchase this dealership. READ LES More
