The salesman was nice and easy to talk to but they are not very honest. We bought a used car but we were told that it has the factory warranty. We only have it for six months and when we went to a dealer not very honest. We bought a used car but we were told that it has the factory warranty. We only have it for six months and when we went to a dealer with a problem that just occurred our surprise no warranty because the car that we bought was imported from Canada. When we try to contact the salesman that we worked with they were transferring me six times to a different person and later they hang up on me. The issue weren’t solved. Be aware and do your research before you buy a car because you never know what you buy. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Pete Radziuk provided excellent customer service and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. He let me know promptly the diagnosis of my maintenance issues and what the cost would be and delivered my c sure all my concerns were taken care of. All of my driver maintenance warnings went away and my car looks like new even though it is 12 years old. I'm totally satisfied with the service I got and I will be returning to Raymond Chevrolet for ant future maintenance needs. More

Warning! Very dishonest dealership! Utilized Truecar service to obtain a fair offer on a vehicle. When I called over to put down a down payment I was transferred to another employee that told me the new service to obtain a fair offer on a vehicle. When I called over to put down a down payment I was transferred to another employee that told me the new price was $43,727 more than the original offer price. This is not a typo. I proceeded to contact Truecar who communicated with the Manager multiple times and stated that they will be reevaluating their relationship with this Dealership. Stay the heck away from this business! More
