Uncomfortable experience all around possibly new to sales, need more training as these individuals represent the store and make customers like myself want to shop elsewhere. More

I got a guaranteed price for my trade in from them around $2900 after using the autotrader sell my car feature. They called me and bugged me over and over to come in. Finally I came in and when you do beware, they take your keys of your trade in and you will not see them again so you can't leave easily. The lady on the phone said they could give me a better price because someone wanted to buy my 2006 yellow Nissan xterra. You can see it now selling for almost $6000. I bought it last year for $5000 somewhere else. They first offered me $1000 for it and I refused. I explained that I needed a truck and currently don't have a lot of money due to having a baby soon and just bought a house. I also told them how I got medically discharged from the army a year ago and money has been tight so I really needed a good deal or I would have to try again in a couple months. They made me and my pregnant wife sit there for hours waiting on them. They came back with $1500 for my Xterra and I have to put $500 down. I asked about the guaranteed offer and they said that since they have to inspect it and detail it they couldn't give me that. The 2003 Silverado that I got that had this so called inspection done to it now has a check engine light on because of an emission part. Only $75, but the fact that my mechanic said they just cleared that code and didn't repair it really makes me mad. Bottom line is they lie!!! They trap you there!!!! They rip you off!!! Nobody held a gun to my head and made me purchase this truck, but when a Veteran with purple heart license plates walks in with his pregnant wife and 6 year old do you really need to rip them off? Really glad I lost buddies over seas so these jerks can rip me off in a time of need!!! Thanks Raymond Chevy!!! I hope the $10000 you are going to make off of ripping me off makes you sleep good at night!!!!!! Go somewhere else, there are better prices and better people at other dealerships!!! More

I was very honest about letting him know where my credit was at, I had the misfortune of dealing with Mike Pandocchi at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch. I was very honest about letting him know where my credit was at, what I was looking for, and what I can afford. He told me not to worry as he has an(in) with their finance people. I also asked how may times my credit would be ran and he said no more than once. All lies! My credit was ran several times, interest rate was almost double of what he promised me, and payments were much higher. The finance guy was very apologetic and said he would continue to see what he can do for me and could not tell me why Mike promised me do differently. I called and left Mike a few messages a few days later to go over what happened and never returned my calls. More

He was extremely patient and my husband and I went to a lot of car places before this one and I have to say Mike made the experience stress free and great! We looked at about 5 different cars and each time he helped us install the carseats and really made sure we knew what we were getting! I would defiantly recommend him to everyone looking for a car! This was by far the best experience for buying a car and we all know how stressful it is already! More

YOUR COMMENT... it won't let me respond personally but I would just like to say how can you blame the salesman when it was only the car dealership and the car lol and my old Nissan had transmission problems...it happens either you pay to get it fixed like a normal person or trade It in for something different... I just can't believe you blame Mike he probably was texting and calling you to see how satisfied to were with your vehicle and trying to see exactly what was wrong with it and help to resolve your problem! I have also received calls and texts from Mike as well to see how we liked our new vehicle and what's funny is if he didn't call or text you you probably would have complained about that too, some people are never satisfied! Maybe if you go your head on of your butt you would see that.... Sorry not sorry but I had a great experience and would defientley recommend buying a car through Mike any day he was so patient and really kind and helped me and my family with all our needs ( big vehicle for 5 and in our price range) he literally sat us down and went through every detail! So All in All just because the car you purchased had transmission problems does not mean it's anyone's fault but your car lol!
