He showed me the vehicles that I requested to see and explained the differences. He arranged for a co-worker to set up 'Ford Pass' on my phone, connecting it to the vehicle I purchased. He went above and beyond his duties in teaching me about the car and assisting in any way he could to make my buying experience an exceptional experience.
