Good experience overall. Wait time was a little long I made an appointment and I work M-F. I scheduled my appt for Sat. so weekend are my time to do all my errands. There were only two other individuals in the waiting room which I know is no indication because there are drop offs. overall it was not a bad experience. More

Exceptional!!!!! I love this dealership and service department!! They go over and beyond to make their customers happy!!!!!!! Jamie was the amazing!!!!! Nail in tire My dashboard showed me that I had a tire that was low on air pressure. However, it was not just low, there was a huge nail in one of the rear tires. My dashboard showed me that I had a tire that was low on air pressure. However, it was not just low, there was a huge nail in one of the rear tires. I arrived at the service center on a Friday after work and it was about 15 minutes until closing time. The technician agreed to work overtime to put a new tire on my car. An ice storm was expected to start in town at any minute and last into the next day. Everyone went beyond their normal duties, the intake representative in the service center who found the nail in the tire, the assistant who ran to check and found a tire to fit my car, and the technician who put the new tire on my car. You don't see this kind of service very often and definitely not on a Friday evening. A big Thank You to everyone! More
