Recall-Airbags I received a recall notice for problems with airbags. I made an early morning Saturday appointment with James. If there are any concerns, the staff always addresses them and explains thoroughly why we should or should not be concerned. We always liked Robin Jeffries however, we have not seen here in the service area for awhile. She must be working behind the scene. Sorry I don't remember the young ladies name however, the last oil change and tire pressure check we had there, she saw me check my inside panel gauges and get out of the vehicle. She immediately came out and addressed the concerns I had with my tires and actually checked all the tires pressures again. Very professional and put me at ease. More
