Suzuki Recall Front Right Seat Cushion/Program TPMS Sensors I received notice from Suzuki Of America regarding a recall to replace front passenger side seat cushion due to possible malfunction of airbag activat I received notice from Suzuki Of America regarding a recall to replace front passenger side seat cushion due to possible malfunction of airbag activation sensor within the cushion. I called Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall to schedule an appointment. My appointment was handled by a service representative named Carrie. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. An appointment was scheduled for the following week to replace the seat cushion and install and program all four wheel TPMS sensors. I arrived at the dealership service department on 04-26-2017 at 10:00 am. I was directed to Carrie in the service department to process my service request regarding the recall of the seat cushion and installing and programming the TPMS sensors. Carrie was very cordial and professional, and put me at ease assuring me that my vehicle would be serviced professionally and in a timely manner. The repairs to my vehicle took about three hours, which was a very reasonable time frame for the work I was having done. While I waited I utilized the customer waiting area which provided free coffee and cookies, cable TV, and internet service. The waiting area was very clean and very comfortable seating was provided. After my repairs were completed I was approached by the service manager Caitlin Browning to go over my repair summary and costs. Caitlin too was extremely friendly and professional, and took her time going over the details of my service summary. I felt the total charge for the service rendered was very reasonable considering this is a recognized Suzuki dealership. I inspected my vehicle to ensure the repairs were performed as stated and quality workmanship adhered to, which was the case. I cannot say enough good things about Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall and the fine people I encountered working there. I feel very fortunate that I have such a fine dealership to entrust with any service visits regarding my 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good facility for high quality service at reasonable prices regardless of what vehicle you own. More
