Friendly staff/fast service I brought my vehicle to Ray Skillman West for an oil change and tire rotation. I was met with a friendly greeting by Caitlin. The service department had the part in stock so was able to fix the vehicle while performing the routine service. I was out the door in just over an hour. I should also add that I did not purchase my car from this dealer, but will definitely continue to have it serviced by the Ray Skillman team. More

Flat tire. After having a flat tire replaced on a Monday at Skillman I went out of town for several days, parking in the airport garage. As I was leaving the garage the following Friday the tire low warning light came on. After looking at my tires it appeared that they were all inflated sufficiently. I decided to visit the dealership to have the problem fixed. Without an appointment I was seen immediately. It was determined that the tires were okay and that the sensor needed to be reset. I was very pleased at Skillman's prompt and courteous resolution of my concerns. More
