Oil Change and a Strange Noise The Service Coordinator was very pleasant when I arrived for my appointment. I explained to him the noise that was coming from the engine. He stated that the tech would make sure it was safe to drive, if the problem was something that could not be fixed during the visit and I needed to return. Thankfully, the vehicle only required an oil change. The engine was checked and nothing else was required. I did discover 2 rags that were left in the engine compartment though. More

One of the major reasons I decided to keep my Santa Fe is that I LOVE the service department and I know Tony May and his team will take great care of me as my vehicle ages. More

When I got there I was told it would only take a couple of hours and was asked if I was going to wait. I wasn't able to but if I had known that initially, I would not have made arrangements.
