Everyone there is very friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to see that the work is done correctly and that I'm happy with it. The work is explained to me so I understand what's needed and what my options are. On 2 occasions, it was body work. A friend who is a certified GM mechanic has looked at my bills and agreed completely with their diagnosis and prices charged. I appreciate their honesty in telling me what's needed without pressure or attempting to sell me a new vehicle. The loaner car was a real help on the one occasion when I had to leave the car. More

As a woman Ray Skillman Indianapolis West service department is like no other! The staff in the service center are friendly, and go the extra mile. As a woman I depend on them to be honest and give me advise regarding my vehicle and if they say that's what I need I believe them. I have gone in with request because of what friends told me I need due to the mileage and at Ray Skillman they give an honest assessment and tell me what is and isn't necessary for my vehicle. It's wonderful not to dred going to a repair shop like you do the dentist (hahaha). Thanks guys for all you do!!! More

Easy in and out Easy to make appointments online, easy to drive up and check in, and a nice waiting area. It was over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
