Easy in and out Easy to make appointments online, easy to drive up and check in, and a nice waiting area. It was over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told they would be vacuuming the floors which wasn't done and if it was, that is a very poor way of doing it. When I checked in I asked about the promo rate that was advertised on the website when I went to pay she had forgotten so I prompted the discount and she applied it. More
