Ray Skillman Hyundai West ARE DOING THEIR Hyundai CUSTOMERS WRONG. ***SCAMMERS***Bought a engine"I WAS TOLD WAS NEW" from Ray Skillman Hyundai West. Within a year and five months it is already not working.Turns out it was used. Never told me it was used or even how many miles were on the used engine. They have ZERO documentation that supported and thing that were saying. Was told on top on the $6,000.00 I gave them the first time. If I want it to be fixed it will cost me another $2,000.00. Rude, uneducated to cost of parts , warranties and their on policies (got three different people telling me, three different quote on how much it would cost me to get a engine) ,zero compassion and disrespectful ****SCAMMERS*** Service Department. RECORDED the whole interaction with MULTIPLE Ray Skillman employees. I was told there was something "SHADY" going on when I took my phone to record the conversation. They are all lairs and didn't want to give them another chance to tell me " THEY NEVER SAID THIS OR THAT" I WAS MAKING SURE I HAVE HARD CORE PROOF. Ray Skillman doesn't know how to handle a RIGHTFULLY upset customer. Ray Skillman employees rather ask you to LEAVE or TREAT to "CALL THE POLICE" and if those two things don't work . They will simply walk back to the office and ignore you and not help you at ALL. Leaving you not only UPSET that your vehicle is not working. But, even MORE UPSET you gave the $6,000.00 to fix your vehicle. They didn't stop there. ON top of it all you have to leave feeling UPSET and FOOLISH for giving them a chance thinking they were going to give great service and fix their wrongs. I am not looking for an hand out but I am DEMANDING TO GET WHAT I WAS TOLD I PAID FOR " A NEW ENGINE " ***SCAMMERS***. I'm not the only one that has felt SCAMMED BY THEM! More
