It could have went differently Excited that I got my car, but forgot to do the walk around because it was so late. Later found paint peaking on the fender. I told them the car has been parked most of the time. I didn’t hit any curb plus I’ve bought almost every warranty you offer this needs to be fixed. Greg stated he would talk to sales which meant he wasn’t going to fix it in my eyes. Jeff P came out agreed to fix it, offered me a loaner car and basically brightened my day. I was complaining to my salesman and the finance guy. But in the end Jeff made it happen in my favor. More
