Excellent Service I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot on a Monday and the engine light came on Friday. Turn out to be a $1,500 dollar problem. It was not covered under warrant I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot on a Monday and the engine light came on Friday. Turn out to be a $1,500 dollar problem. It was not covered under warranty that I received. Tony was very understanding about the problem at hand and then relayed the information to Greg and then the decision was made to take care of the issue at no cost to me. I know that a company has policies and procedures that they follow, but sometimes you have to go above and beyond to do the right thing in treating the customer right and that's what they did. Thanks to everyone! More

Good. Read below. Everyone was very friendly and great service. I asked for the intermittent wiper setting to be repaired. When engaged it does not operate. When the ca Everyone was very friendly and great service. I asked for the intermittent wiper setting to be repaired. When engaged it does not operate. When the car was returned I was told that it worked and the rain sensor is what triggers it to work. It then poured down rain and the setting does not work. This is not a huge issue, but, I do have bring the car back in now to get it looked at again. I am sure this will be taken care of. Drew Benson More

The service center took my car in that night and had the issue addre My engine light came on driving from Chicago for a family visit in Indianapolis. The service center took my car in that night and had the issue addressed by 10 the next morning. No way could I have gotten that level of service in Chicago. As a matter of fact, it had been "fixed" in Chicago the week before and obviously wasn't. The team was so courteous and helpful. I think I will always take my car for service here going forward in tandem with a family visit. Thank you! More
