Installing sub was late (happens sometimes), and he did not remount the KY bridge transponder (annoying since I mentioned doing this). Although after he left I was promised he would mail the transponder, it still has not arrived in the mail. Service Tech did offer a loaner when the installing sub was late. As usual the Skillman staff was courteous and professional. More
