Loved my car buying experience in 2020. However, subsequent visits (2) for scheduled service were met with indifferent and callous attitudes. However, my 3rd visit was a refreshing change. The changes in the waiting room (with pretty good coffee and cookies) was a welcome upgrade. But the best change of all is Brantly Batton. A true service oriented person who takes pride in his work and treats customers with respect. The entire atmosphere is different in the service bay now. It is amazing what one person's attitude can do for an entire operation. What ever you are paying Brantly, it's not enough. More

I was provided with great service and all of the questions I had were answered. I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to "add on" services at all. The oil change and recall was handled efficiently and on time. What they didn't do was check tire pressures. I was there on Thursday and on Monday got a low tire pressure light. Brantly also let me know I had left a book there so I picked it up next day. More
