Mrs. Fryman, we do our best to do everything we can for every customer that comes through our doors. The customer experience and our reputation are very important to us. We are proud to have a 4.8 rating on over 5,000 online reviews. That said, sometimes we meet customers we simply cannot please. Your husband was one of the most unpleasant customers we've ever had to deal with. We reviewed your warranty policy and it does in fact expire at 100,000 miles. We tried to explain that to your husband but he was verbally abusing employees at that time. I'm not going to get in to all of the details here but when you start threatening staff, you are no longer welcome. Your paint defect has to be handled by Hyundai and we encourage you to work with one of the other many Hyundai dealers in town to get it taken care of. Although our communication and experience with you personally has been pleasant, our experience with your husband at multiple different locations has not. I think you would have a different outlook on our customer service if you witnessed your husband's behavior in person. He has been asked to leave on three separate locations by three separate general managers. Also, these accusations of name calling are simply not truthful.

Justin Bunte- It is one thing to lie and claim you never called my husband the expletives mentioned above as he had me on the phone during your encounter. It is another to suggest we go to another location as you have blacklisted us from all five of your locations in addition to notifying other dealerships with whom you have relationships. Yes, my experience with Hyundai has been pleasant but that is only because I tried to allow you and your staff to do the right thing and fix my vehicle, which you have refused to do. If this was only about the interaction you had with my husband, I would imagine you would back up your claim of providing sufficient customer service and assist me but you have yet to do so. I am embarrassed every time I drive my Santa Fe because the paint on the hood has flaked off several inches up. I hope that Hyundai corporate does the right thing and revokes your right to represent the brand. Clearly you are immature and crooked and should be removed from your position altogether.
