I have been bringing my Kia to Ray Skillman since I moved to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon meeting him on my 1st arrival, he treated me like I was a long lost friend. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail about what was needed, what was not needed, & how much it would cost. I just got my car back again & this time I had the opportunity to meet Greg who was again very friendly, knowledgeable & empathetic to my needs. When I was not sure how to proceed & what I would finnaly do, Greg & Jim went out of their way to assist me with all my decisions & in the end, gave me the best service immaginable. I will continue to bring my car to Ray Skillman as long as I have it, & when the time comes for a new vehicle, I am leaning toward seeing how the rest of the Ray Skillman team will assist me in that endeavor. Many Kudos to Jim & Greg for their GREAT customer service & empathy they posses & show. More
I have always had wonderful service at Ray Skillman West since Robin has been manager. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful. Caitlin,Lindsey,or Robin is always so caring and understanding when i have to change my appointments,and they do not make me feel like i am a "bother" for having to change my appointments. they are always very accomodating in helping me to find an appointment that will work for me.They also are helpful in helping me to determine which coupons will work best for my current service needs,which really helps a lot when it comes to paying. Nobody else has done this for me before during any auto service. this makes me feel special as a customer,and it makes me feel that they understand how important it is to save money when it comes to caring for your car. they are also very good at explaining exactly what is wrong with your car,so you know what you are paying for. recently,when i had to replace the clutch in my car and it was going to take some hours to replace,the ladies here had arranged for me to get a free rental car so i could continue with my errands for the day!i wasnt expecting that,and it was a great surprise to have that taken care of for me. they arranged for the company to come and pick me up,and shortly i was on my way!i was really grateful to them for their help and kindness. i would highly reccomend Ray Skillman West to any customer for friendly,high quality auto care! Every time I visit the dealership for my regular maintenance on the car, I am treated with smiling courteous team members. I can call Jim and get my Ford Escape in for service the same or next day. They are very concerned that I leave a statisfied customer and go out of their way to show me that I am valued. I called on Friday, March 23nd to schedule an oil change, and the young lady I spoke with told me to come in at 2:30pm on Saturday the 24rd. Unfortunately, when I got there, the young lady in service (I don't remember her name) greeted me and asked what I came in for. I told her I was scheduled for an oil change, and she kindly said that they closed at 2:30pm and my appointment wasn't even in the system, however, she said that the technician would go ahead and take care of me. I told her that I would be happy to reschedule, but she insisted that it was okay. I felt bad because I knew that they were all ready to go home. It has been a few years since I purchased my car at Ray Skillman Suzuki, and each and every time I take my car in for service I am treated like royalty. Robin Jeffries and her wonderful staff have raised the bar in customer service, and this most recent experience put the icing on the cake. I am a Ray Skillman customer for life because of the excellent service I receive from your staff. Please let Robin know that I appreciate what her staff did for me on last Saturday. They went above and beyond the call of duty. More

Car was done the next day and rattle was gone! The service dept, personnel were courteous, friendly and, most importantly, made the necessary repairs promptly. This is my first car from Ray Skillman and based on my experience so far, it won't be my last. They know how to treat their customers. Also have a Cadillac and a Porsche and have not been treated any better at those dealerships (maybe not as well on a couple of occasions). More
