Ray Skillman (KIA) Dealership Is The Best! I have purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento SX, 2014 Kia Sorento SXL and leased a 2015 Kia Sorento EX in the past year and a half. Traded the 2013 Sorento fo I have purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento SX, 2014 Kia Sorento SXL and leased a 2015 Kia Sorento EX in the past year and a half. Traded the 2013 Sorento for a 2014 Sorento and the experience for trading was two thumbs up. There was no games, just great trading. Two months later I went back and leased a 2015 Sorento as well. I really enjoy driving both vehicles and fun to drive. I have returned to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations. The "SALES DEPARTMENT" will go above any others to ensure your visit or buying experience is the BEST. The "SERVICE DEPARTMENT" is above and beyond any dealership I have ever done business with. The service department makes you feel welcome and part of the Ray Skillman family. I drive 5,000 miles per month so I visit them monthly and enjoy every minute I am there. What a great experience at Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West I was very apprehensive to visit the dealership's service department as in the past, I have never had a real good experience at any dealer's service d I was very apprehensive to visit the dealership's service department as in the past, I have never had a real good experience at any dealer's service department. Much to my surprise, first I was greeted by Justin. He took my information in a timely fashion and told me to make myself comfortable. I told him that my wife had a doctor appointment at a nearby office and he said not to worry. A little bit later, a young lady stopped into the lounge to give us an update on our vehicle. Justin came to see how we were doing and then he said that he would drive us to the doctor since the vehicle wasn't finished. He took us and came back when the appointment was over. I think this was great that he would take the time to do this for us. At the end of the day, Justin and the young lady service writer were terrific. They kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and went above and beyond by helping us make our appointment. Great job and I will return to Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West. I think that must have been Robin. More

They never try to push anything on you with service. They have done all of my oil changes, and keep an eye on anything else. I liked Ray Skillman so much that since the Sonata I've bought my wife a 2013 KIA Optima, and my son a 2014 KIA Forte. All just down the street here on the west side. I'm 53, and have never dealt with a better car dealership. More

While returning the loaner they gave me, I forgot to pick up our V1 radar detector from the loaner. Carla was able to trace me down (I was at the Mazda dealership across the street) and hand me the radar detector. I really appreciate this! When we bought our cx9 back in 2009 Carla was in Mazda service at that time, and she always provided great customer service. Thanks! More

Great Service!!! Great service. I was told about an hour for an oil change, and tire rotation. 45 minutes flat!! And they appeared really busy. In and out quick with a Great service. Great customer service I took my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to the dealership for an oil change and check up. Justin was very friendly and helpful in explaining ever I took my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to the dealership for an oil change and check up. Justin was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything they looked at in the inspection they do when doing an oil change since I still have a factory warranty. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely return to get the rest of the recommended services when it is time. More
