The gentleman who helped me at the service desk was very polite and helpful. I had made an appointment online--but it wasn't on the books (I'm sure it was user error), he went ahead and got me in for my se polite and helpful. I got there 50 minutes early and they went ahead and took my vehicle in. It was there for 2 recalls. They directed me to the showroom waiting room. I watched TV and browsed the internet on my phone.
