My check in was so easy and the representative was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. Good Service, they got my Santa Cruz in quickly and it only took about an hour to get it back. The service staff was friendly and showed me to the waiting area where there were snacks and drinks.
