I have been a customer since 2013. Purchased a 2013 Sorento and traded a year later for a 2014 Sorento (I still own) and then purchased a 2015 Sorento (I Still own). I went there back Purchased a 2013 Sorento and traded a year later for a 2014 Sorento (I still own) and then purchased a 2015 Sorento (I Still own). I went there back in August and the customer service from sales to service has went downhill. I drive 50 minutes just to get oil changes and any service on my vehicles. NO ANY MORE!!! They can care less about you the customer. I made a comment to a Sales Manager about the poor attitude of the service manager (Blake) and was told "IT IS DUE TO COVID AND THEY ARE SHORT EMPLOYEES". You may be short employees but poor attitude comes from management down. You went from the Best Dealership prior to Covid to the excuse worst dealership now. Came in for a recall on the vehicle, only to find out there were 3 open recalls. They were able to to get 2 out of the 3 taken care. Parts were ordered, and will be taken care of soon.
