I always feel confident that my vehicle will be properly serviced and I appreciate the video that is provided telling me what is being examined on my vehicle. I always wait and typically am in and out in a serviced and I appreciate the video that is provided telling me what is being examined on my vehicle. I always wait and typically am in and out in about an hour, but this time it was 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was told that 3 technicians were out -- unless they all had a serious illness (sounded like they were taking vacation time), it doesn't make sense that time off would be allowed to be scheduled at the same time, when it impacts customers like this. I always bring along things to do/read, so it wasn't a big problem for me -- just glad I hadn't scheduled something after based on previous experience. More

I trade my car in to this dealership 22 days ago, and my car still hasn’t been paid off. I was told if I didn’t want a late fee, I would need to make another car payment for a car I haven’t had in over 3 we car still hasn’t been paid off. I was told if I didn’t want a late fee, I would need to make another car payment for a car I haven’t had in over 3 weeks. Meanwhile, they have already resold the car I traded in!!! I have dealt with the general manger, Trevor, and was not pleased with my service. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Worst customer service I have ever received!!! More
