I'm in the process of buying a used truck from the Pike Plaza auto mile. I have bad credit but I'm working on it. The sales staff keeps making promises to get the snow plow that comes with the truck to the Plaza auto mile. I have bad credit but I'm working on it. The sales staff keeps making promises to get the snow plow that comes with the truck to the dealership so I can see it, they've been promising this for almost a week and are still failing to do this. They found the truck for me, they are getting it from one of they're sales men who owns a landscape company who is obviously a complete idiot. They expect me to close the deal on the truck without even seeing all that goes with it. The sales men there act like they are incompetent and should be fired, including the sales manager Lauren, who started going over numbers with me on the truck when he hadn't even made his deal with his salesman yet. I will likely just go somewhere else to buy my truck. Granted everybody has a bad day every once in a while, but someone over there needs to figure out what's going on to where a customer isn't getting jerked around so much. More
