This was a great experience in auto buying, my salesman was knowledgeble and friendly as well as patient. I say this because it took about 2 weeks to make a choice. I was allowed to take different cars home overnight which is very helpful. I didn't get the financing terms I thought I was going to get because the original finance person did not close the deal, but I guess I will have to live with it. The car is great and I would recommend the dealership to others and my salesperson. More

Although I had made my mind for the car I wanted before coming to this dealer, David made the whole experience of purchasing a new car the best in my life. They got for me the best interest rate the market has to offer and I got much more for my trade-in than I was expecting. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly. The facilities are very nice, ample and comfortable (they make the dealership in Cincinnati @ Montgomery Rd look very bad). The only bad point is the length of time of the whole process, but that is not a problem exclusive to this dealer but to the type of transaction. More

I came in for a new car. I had called first and actaully spoke to Lorne who was most cordial and friendly. I came to dealership and Lorne had me deal with Judy Cummings for the sale. JUDY and everyone els spoke to Lorne who was most cordial and friendly. I came to dealership and Lorne had me deal with Judy Cummings for the sale. JUDY and everyone else involved with this sale were more than helpful. We picked out a car, they worked with me vigorously on pricing and at the end of the day, I had a new car at a price I could afford. They were wonderful to work with. They made this experience one that I will always come back to Ray Skillman. I am fortunate that they made this transition very easy for me. I cannot say enough things about how wonderful Judy and Lorne were to me. I say if you need a new or used car Judy Cummings and Lorne Hayden are the answer. David was a great salesman to work with. He listened to what I wanted and identified a car that I hadn't even thought of and that's the one I ended up buying. They had to pick up my car from another deale what I wanted and identified a car that I hadn't even thought of and that's the one I ended up buying. They had to pick up my car from another dealer in another state but they gave me a similar car to drive in the meantime and they got my new car very quickly. I did not intend to buy a new car. My 2007 Santa Fe I did not intend to buy a new car. My 2007 Santa Fe was getting a new transmission, covered completely by Hyundai's warranty. It was in great shape I did not intend to buy a new car. My 2007 Santa Fe was getting a new transmission, covered completely by Hyundai's warranty. It was in great shape, still getting great gas mileage, still comfortable (our 6’5” son-in-law is comfortable in the back seat), and safe. I had just added new brake pads. Patrick Rady, Hyundai Service Advisor, made sure I was well cared for. A rental was provided. I felt like we were Hyundai’s most important client. As I waited for the rental car agency to arrive, I stepped into the show room. A salesman offered to help, but I said I was just waiting for a ride. He said there were some excellent deals being offered and to feel free to look around. I did look around. It got me to thinking. I researched the worth of my 2007 Santa Fe and was pleased. I called a salesman a few days later and expressed an interest in a new car if the financing would meet my needs. Nathan Olson, Sales Consultant, did his homework. I made an appointment; he said the numbers were possible. He offered me the 2012 Santa Fe to drive home and bring my wife back later that evening. He got support from the business manager and we left with a deal we were excited about. We finalized the transaction the following day and Nathan “rolled out the red carpet” for us. Our new Santa Fe was spotless. Nathan explained every detail about the many options, and even offered to visit my house to set up the built-in garage door opener if we couldn’t get it to work. Nathan has followed up with a call to be sure all is well. He has worked hard to ensure we are completely satisfied and that Ray Skillman Hyundai exceeded our expectations. The Hyundai team proved we have invested in a vehicle that will meet our needs for years to come. We appreciate it and will send others your way. More
