I have been a long-time and loyal customer of Honda Automobiles (4), but no Honda existed which met my desire for an upscale sedan. Time is a valuable resource to me and this dealership appeared cognizant and respectful of my perspective and thus, I visited the dealership with a appointment and worked with Andy. He was an exceptional listener appeared to respect the knowledge I had about such transactions - very refreshing. He was candid, straight-forward, and professional. He assumed a position of service and not salemanship. He gained my confidence over two meetings and two telephone conversations and I was able to make a purchase. The dealership also appeared to respect the condition of my trade (2009 Accord EXL Coupe) and the care I had given to the automobile. Finally, Cory proved to be knowledgeable in the area of finance. He took time to answer my questions, but did not dwell on the obvious - again, refreshing. If all does well, I hope to enjoy this car for the coming three years and if the car meets its reputation for reliability and value, perhaps will purchase the luxury edition Equus. I was looking for a red Sonata SE. My local dealership was looking but could not locate one. My husband saw the online add for Roy Skillman & Vicki helped him out immediately! We scheduled a time for the next Friday to pick up all in one day. We made the 3 hour trek to Indianapolis on Friday June 17 & upon arrival were greeted by a very friendly Vicki & Bill. They took us through each step of the process & introduced us to Jim who finalized the numbers. Then we discussed any financing with Dave. I appreciate that Bill took the time to go over all of the car's features with me & made sure that I was comfortable with the car before leaving for our 3 hour drive home.
