If I could give them 0 stars, then I would. I received an offer through Cars.com for them to buy my car. The offer was exactly what I wanted for it so it was a no brainer. Spoke to a salesma I received an offer through Cars.com for them to buy my car. The offer was exactly what I wanted for it so it was a no brainer. Spoke to a salesman over the phone to schedule an appraisal just to confirm that everything I said the car was was in fact accurate. It was. However, suddenly, their offer dropped $3,550 despite having no reasons as to why they dropped it. I was only told that their offer from Cars.com was not actually an offer, only an estimate. If you have a trade in or want to sell, then I would HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere. From the words of the appraiser, it sounds like they knew what they were going to offer from the get go; but, they knew that higher figure would get me into the door where they could try to pressure me. There are plenty of other dealers who are more upfront and more honest. Stay away from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. More
