He answered all of our questions and concerns and when I couldnt decide between two cars - he sat down with us and highlighted the features that were different. Michael is the finance guru - he gave me so much information, I wish I had a tape recorder. Jonny reached out to me two days after I bought the car and asked if I had any questions and even offered to set up a follow up appointment to make sure I understood all the beeps, whistles and electronics. Scheduled service was to include oil change and oil filter. My 2017 Sonata has been driven 74,000 miles, and I suspected a new battery made be needed since my Sonata is now 5 1/2 years old. My servi filter. My 2017 Sonata has been driven 74,000 miles, and I suspected a new battery made be needed since my Sonata is now 5 1/2 years old. My service advisor, Deja Williams, provided me with price information for the new battery, and also suggested replacing the brakes which she also provided the price information. Replaced both the battery and brakes. Westside Hyundai service department always provides me "top of the line" service when I have my Sonata serviced. More
