We spontaniously stopped at the Westside auto dealership after a doctor visit for our youngest daughter. We were in need of a new vehichle due to our oldest daughter's enging blowing up the week before Chr after a doctor visit for our youngest daughter. On Christmas day, our 14 year old daugher got very sick and on the 26th she was life flighted to Evansville with complications from type 1 diabetes. After spending a week in the hospital, we were in a frantic state and had only days to find a vehicle since our oldest daughter was taking my car back to college which left me "car less". The day we stopped in at Westside, Eric spent about 2 hours with my husband, my 14 yearold daughter and myself. the first vehicle we drove was the CX9 and fell in love. We were concerned because of the unknown hospital bill that we are facing that we were stepping out of our budjet. We left that day with plans to keep in touch with Eric. We continued searching for a vechicle. After visiting about 7 dealerships, driving several vehichles and dealing with several salesman, we decided the CX9 was for us. We had a chance to buy one closer to home, but the service,efficiency and price, we chose to go with Eric. This is the first brand new vehichle that we have ever purchased and he made the experience extremely smooth. My husband and I have had several phone conversations and email dealings with him. He never acted like we were bothering him with our numberous questions. Today when I came in to purchase the CX9, he immediately asked how our daughter was doing and let us know he has been praying for her! I was quite impressed with him remembering her illness. I would recommend dealing with him to anyone. Hopefully when my husband's truck wears out Eric can make us another deal! More

We took three different vehicles on test drives, and Ian was honest about the pros and cons of each. Then came time for financing, and I worked with Chris Muhney to get my payments where I needed them. He did not pressure me into agreeing on a price with which I was not comfortable. Actually, he worked with one of the other Ray Skillman locations to get me some more for my trade-in order to get my payments in my range. In the end, I got a great deal on a car that I love with payments that I am confident I can afford. And I was even able to add a bumper-to-bumper warranty. This was by-far the best car buying experience I have had, and I will recommend Ray Skillman to anybody I see who is thinking about buying a car. More

I went to a different dealers already but for me this is a nice place to go, I feel welcome like my home and very comfortable. When I first time I got my car there is a small dent on my rear right door, they fix it and redo the whole thing I didn't expect it's gonna be nice like that. The second thing my car don't have a remote, for me it is important. Then Mr. Jared Stevenson help me to take it in Ziebart and made it one. He give me this remote with key less starter and a panic. I only payed for it in a cheap price. Then I find out that he payed the half of it's cost, that's why i got it on cheap. He's reason is to make his customer satisfied which is right. The third thing I always can't make it on time on my appointment because I'm 1hr. and 1/2 away on their place. So, every time I come in on my appointment, especially when I'm late, all I need to do is to look for Mr. Stevenson and he will take care everything.They also have a good communication to their customers.
