I called on Friday, March 23nd to schedule an oil change, and the young lady I spoke with told me to come in at 2:30pm on Saturday the 24rd. I told her I was scheduled for an oil change, and she kindly said that they closed at 2:30pm and my appointment wasn't even in the system, however, she said that the technician would go ahead and take care of me. I told her that I would be happy to reschedule, but she insisted that it was okay. I felt bad because I knew that they were all ready to go home. It has been a few years since I purchased my car at Ray Skillman Suzuki, and each and every time I take my car in for service I am treated like royalty. Robin Jeffries and her wonderful staff have raised the bar in customer service, and this most recent experience put the icing on the cake. I am a Ray Skillman customer for life because of the excellent service I receive from your staff. Please let Robin know that I appreciate what her staff did for me on last Saturday. In late June 2011, I was looking for a Mitsubishi Eclipse. This was not the closest dealership to me, but they were well worth the drive! I drove from Ohio for their friendliness and knowledge. I LOVE RAY SKILLMAN Mazda! Ever since day one, EVERYONE has been friendly and more than happy to go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and my car is taken care of! Being a woman, I have never felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me or try to make me get services I didn't need. The Ray Skillman collision center at the Kia dealership is also awesome! I only had my car three months when some hit me head on....it was a very sad and stressful day! However, Angie and James Stephens calmed me down. Angie took care of all the phone calls and paperwork for me and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all. She made the entire experience a breeze and was always honest and up front with everything. Long story short...Ray Skillman has a great set of employees that can be trusted! I hate car shopping and buying. I do not like the haggling and negotiating.....I would rather drive a 10 or 15 year old car than suffer through a new car purchase.but my experience at Ray Skillman wa haggling and negotiating.....I would rather drive a 10 or 15 year old car than suffer through a new car purchase.but my experience at Ray Skillman was completely unique and unlike all my prior car shopping experiences. This was completely due to salesman Avery Lyons. He was very infomred and willing to educate us on any of the vehicles we were looking at. When we told him of the other vehicles we had been considering, he took the extra effort to personally review and compare all the vehicles including the competiton, openly showing us the pros and cons among all vehicles. When our final decision had been made he agreed to present our proposal and eliminated the haggling process. I would definitley buy again from Avery. He knows how to sell a car, educate the customer and serve his employer. All other employees we encountered were also very polite, courteous and informative. A great experince overall.... I was referred to George Lewis by my cousin, Steve Ford. The experience I had with George and Troy were over and above any other dealership I have ever been in. I was looking for a used car and there was only one car I was interested in that was located at the Westside location. Troy checked all of the Ray Skillman locations and found a Buick Century at the East Washington location. He had this car brought to the westside location and I came back the following day to test drive the Buick and the other car, Grand Am, which was already there. George went with me for the first test drive and I mentioned I would prefer the Keyless Entry. While I took out the Grand Am for a test run, George went above and beyond the call of a salesperson, in my opinion, and called Ziebart. He got prices for the Keyless Entry with and without an alarm system. When I got back to the dealership, George gave me the prices Ziebert had quoted him. I have never before received the personal attention that these two gentlemen gave me and they need to be commended for their work ethics!!! More

Only thing i did'nt like about the MAZDA 5 in the show room was the interior,until Yanni told us about the CLEAR WATER BLUE MAZDA 5 out in the lot,So Drew took us out side and i saw that car and i lit up. Because I was waiting on a new model and specific color/package, George and manager Jim Smith were extremely patient with me. great from the start. They were the only dealer I talked to within Indiana and surrounding states that was willing to do the work of looking to surrounding states to find the car that fit my needs. It took three months, but George and Jim stuck with me and found my car in a neighboring state, traded for it, and sold me the perfect car! The finance staff was also great to work with, even considering I did have to hold a firm line on additional charges and products I hadn't asked for. They worked with me and we came to a mutual agreement quickly on all of the details. I felt very comfortable in working with their sales department, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai. More
