For months I had been monitoring internet pricing on the Ford Edge (Plus and Limited) and was coming to the conclusion that 2007-2008 models would be all our budget would allow. Finding a 2009 Limited with a great price offered at the Skillman Westside Auto Mall brought us to the dealership where we received very good help in closing the deal from Avery Lyons. We had a couple of things that needed repair and that's where I had the pleasure of working with Greg Kaiser. I would say that prior to knowing Greg and the Skillman team my take on dealership service departments was skeptical at best. I've never had someone so genuine and clear in explaining the issues and fixes. Greg and team were thoroughly dedicated to getting the repairs completed to our satisfaction.
