I was really nervous going to purchase my second used car by myself but this dealership made it really pleasant. I corresponded with Troy for a week before going out to check out any vehicles and they accomm by myself but this dealership made it really pleasant. The negotiations were as relaxing as could be expected but they definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I came to Ray Skillman West in search of a Kia Forte or Optima to be my very first new car. Jim greeted me almost instantly after arriving to the dealership. This was my first time ever going to a dealership by myself without any "back-up" and my main concern was being pressured into making a poor financial decision. That was never a concern with Jim, who respected my comfort level. I have been bringing my Kia to Ray Skillman since I moved to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon to Indianapolis over 2 years ago. My 1st contact was with Jim in the service department. When I called, he was extremely friendly & helpful & upon meeting him on my 1st arrival, he treated me like I was a long lost friend. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail about what was needed, what was not needed, & how much it would cost. I just got my car back again & this time I had the opportunity to meet Greg who was again very friendly, knowledgeable & empathetic to my needs. When I was not sure how to proceed & what I would finnaly do, Greg & Jim went out of their way to assist me with all my decisions & in the end, gave me the best service immaginable. I will continue to bring my car to Ray Skillman as long as I have it, & when the time comes for a new vehicle, I am leaning toward seeing how the rest of the Ray Skillman team will assist me in that endeavor.
