I stopped in to test drive some toy cars about a month before, and Josh was my salesman. Not pushy, took his time with me, let me out the door when I was ready to go. After that initial visit he would send me an email here and there, not pushy, not too often, with some options that I could consider. My circumstance changed and I was looking for a new primary car. I had decided upon a 2013 Hyundai Azera and made an appointment with Josh to come see it. Several hours later, with a good price in hand after an honest negotiation I had my vehicle. Josh and his sales manger Nate were upfront with me on incentives, and where they had to be to sell the car. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a negotiation almost as much as the final price, and these guys delivered. Josh also tailored his approach to my style. When I needed questions answered, he had the answer. He didn't talk too much and when I was studying numbers and talking out loud... he was patient and never let an ounce of frustration show. He let me drive the car as much as I needed to be comfortable. He personally ensured the agreed upon items in the sale were completed that afternoon even after I gave him until the next day to do it, enabling me to take the car home that night with me. He walked me through all the manuals and features of the vehicle after the sale. He had made his money at that point, and could have just chucked them at me and told me to figure it out - but he didn't. Dave the finance manager was also good to work with and laid out several options for me. He also showed a great degree of patience as I reviewed all the documents he put in front of me. When I found a minor discrepancy, he fixed it without drama or theatrics. He took care of the customer. Sorry for a long winded review (I promise I am not related to Josh), but I had a great experience. He made it easier to part with a lot of money and to feel good about it in the process. I walked into Westside Auto Mall in a bundle of nerves. I was greeted at the door by Austin Burns who immediately calmed my nerves. I had not had a car payment in 10 years and knew that my credit was less than perfect. I was driving a Mitsubishi SUV (named Ruby) that had 245,000 miles on it and was 13 years old. I knew I had to do something to have a dependable vehicle for my job but also knew I couldn't spend a ton of money so I had to absolutely LOVE whatever I purchased. Austin stayed with me for several hours while I drove one car and then the next until finally, I decided on the Mazda 6. It was a great choice and still is. I'm saving money on gas and feel much safer in my new-to-me car! The finance department was very pleasant and knowing that my credit score wasn't the best, didn't make me feel inferior about it. Eric Murphy is a very kind soul and I'm thankful that the day that I decided to visit Ray Skillman West Side Auto, these two gentlemen were working! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

i was so happy i stopped over at ray skillman west automall.when i walked in zack greeted me with a warm welcome. he really listened to what i wanted and needed in a vehicle. he was not you traditiona automall.when i walked in zack greeted me with a warm welcome. he really listened to what i wanted and needed in a vehicle. he was not you traditional salesmen trying to just make a sale. he really cared if i was a happy and satisfied as a customer. i didnt feel pressured or rushed in my decision when dealing with zack.he even checked on me a few days after my purchaes to see if i still was pleased with the choice i made. i would refer zack to anyone knew looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. thanks again More

I came in just looking and honestly not knowing what I was looking for, the time my salesman (Chaz Stater) spent with me showing me vehicle after vehicle was a huge motivator in making the purchase. I had two energetic children with me, which also took my time and attention away from my search, however Chaz showed a tremendous amount of patience and allowed for all the time in the world to make my decision. I never felt rushed or that he didn't take my search seriously. I truly enjoyed Chaz's down to earth personality and his guidance with the my purchase. I recently bought my Mazda3 from this Ray Skillman Mazda. Barry Morris was my salesman and he was exceptional. I found my mazda on the dealerships website and contacted them about it. From that point on, my car buying experience was like none other. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted in the parking lot and directed to a gentlemen named Yanni. Right away, I felt welcomed and at ease. Yanni then introduced me to Barry. I can not say enough good things about Barry. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and most helpful from the very exciting test drive all the way through the purchasing of the car. I arrived at the dealership around 7:00pm and by 10:30, I was driving away in my new mazda3. Barry first took me on a long test drive so I could get a good feel for the car. Once we got back to the dealership, we went right into working the deal for my trade in. Most of time this is the part that we dread going through, but with Barry, he made it a very pleasant and painless experience. He immediately took my keys to my car that I was trading in and started to work. He made me feel very relaxed and welcomed and like he really wanted to work with me. He did all the pre-paperwork for the trade in so it could be sent to the finance department and then proceeded in taking me to the mazda again and started explaining how everything in the car worked. After that, he went over all the brochures and the paperwork with me. He let me ask questions where needed and was very good in giving good answers to anything that I had questions about. Once that was done, he took me to meet the finance gentleman. When the deal was all approved and signed the service with Barry did not stop there. He again took me to my new Mazda and again helped me get acquainted with my new love (mazda3). He helped me get my bluetooth, navigation, satelite radio, and my phone set up in the car. Needless to say my first drive home in my new car was very enjoyable. I was able to use the navigation system and make a hands free call too friends while driving. Barry's exceptional service did not stop there. A day and a half later, he called to let me know that he had the touch up paint ordered for me and also the Mazda book as promised and to let me know he would keep it in his desk draw until I could come and pick it up.
