Although it was clear that Zach was young and not the most experienced salesperson, I stuck with him because he was very tentative to my needs and showed a great deal of confidence. Many car salesmen will tell you what they think you want to hear and that is a turn off. I stayed because I felt very comfortable and I didn't feel like Zach was just trying to sale a car!! Great, friendly atmophere throughtout the dealership. I'm not the easiest customer to work with or please and Zach was so patient and helpful with me!! Never showed any signs of frustration!! Keep him....Zach is going to be your best sales person one day!! More
