We knew we had less than perfect credit and were really not sure if a new vehicle was possible, but between Dorian showing us a variety of vehicles within our price range and Terry working his magic, we were able to walk, no wait drive, out of the dealership with an awesome Hyundai Sonata and a payment that was below our comfort zone. We were also impressed that the manager helped his salesman out by going to the lot and bringing up a vehicle for us to test drive, and it was freezing outside. That right there my friends is a sign of a successful operation if you ask me. The salesmen at the dealership are not pushy either Dorian was very patient and was willing to show us several vehicles to make sure we found the one that WE liked. All I can say is that we are definitely pleased with Ray Skillman and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. It is also nice to purchase a vehicle from a car dealership that gives so much back to the community too. First, Carla, Glen, Bob, Brandon are top notch in my book. I received information about my 2012 Hyundai Sonata that no one would want to hear, "Mr. Pollard, you're going to need a new engine" Carla told me over the phone. My stomach dropped. She informed me that there was no guarantee that the warranty company would cover a new re-manned engine but she would go to work on it, and boy did she. Constant calls giving me updates and providing me a thorough analysis of the situation is what I received. Brandon even stayed a few mintues over his work schedule to go into great detail to what what would need to be done as well. Less than three weeks later I felt like I had a brand new car. My first road trip that following weekend to Michigan and the engined purred all the way. The crew is something else! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences since dealing with the dealership for the past 2 1/2 years. Smokie (my car) and I thank you, Joseph Pollard More
