Justin Bunte is the epitome of poor customer service and does not deserve to be in his current position. My family has purchased four cars from one of his dealerships. My 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe has a silent recall for the defective White Pearl paint. When asked about the warranty my husband informed Justin and provided proof that we were sold an additional 100k extended warranty. Justin’s “professional” response was to call my husband a, “stupid mother f****r” and told him he cannot read. Justin now refuses to help my husband and I to get our Santa Fe fixed at any of his dealerships. We are working with corporate who is performing an investigation into Justin’s poor character. He deserves to be fired for the way he has acted! More
